«Micron-Holding» is organized in May, 1997 on the basis of the pilot plant «Micron» NPO «Medinstrument» (established in 1961). Much used turbine handpieces NTS-300-05, NTK-300, contra angled handpieces NU-40, straight handpieces NP-40M, micromotors MP-30, MP-40, dental drilling machines BPS-300/40, air blower ÊMP-60, etc. first were mastered on the basis of the pilot plant «Micron».
Further these products were passed for manufacturing to «Taifun-Med» (Serpukhov), «Arzamasskii instrument-making plant» (Arzamass), «Sapphire» (Ardatov) and some other manufacturers.
«Micron-Holding» CJSC developed and implemented programs «Second life», «Second life-II» on modernization of techniques for dental clinics in Russia.
At the present day «Micron-Holding», CJSC is producing modernized turbine handpieces of «Zhemchug» series. «Zhemchug» handpieces completely meet the requirements of the International ISO Standards and meant for export and substitution of import handpieces in Russia.
«Micron-Holding», CJSC actively cooperates with several Russian and foreign companies in applying of modern dental technologies. Particularly, «Micron-Holding», CJSC with «RusAtlant» company applied effective technology for orthopedic works, using handpiece «Dream of the Orthopedist» and special diamond disks and burs «MonAlit», which provides improving the efficiency of works in 2-3 times.
